Our TOTAL Societal health is in free fall. THEY may have thought covid was a good way to move us completely ON LINE, but in so doing "they" destroyed the last of healthy society. Our health depends on Physical (including the scam of mental), Emotional AND ECONOMIC and SYSTEM Health. Like Maslow said .. ALL of these need to function well or we are in trouble. At this point if you think vs just ACT, you know that NOTHING works for us, everything is backward. It works for THEM on the pretence (scam) that it is all just for us. How did we sleep through this so SOUNDLY for decades?
Like Education! It's purpose seriously has to be to keep us stupid and in debt knowing NOTHING about our personal strengths. Why did I have so much education, yet never knew what I was GOOD at until my 7th decade? It truly IS a conspiracy! But every word that might give us a clue what is happening becomes twisted. Twisted words make life SO VERY CONFUSING. Like now "woke" is a bad thing. And if I want people to be decent I am a "karen". Sorry THE karen was a total bitch. what the hell is happeneing, do they just want us so confused we jump off bridges?? Maybe all the words are bad, if they are just SHALLOW versions of what is correct? "Woke" purely shallow vs THINKiNG causes and consequences? We surely have work to do, taking BACK our society from insanity.

To save ourselves, society and the planet we have to SACRIFICE. No more latest, greatest, extremes with the excess of easy and fast. Sacrificing new and shallow cool is INCONVENIENT. It takes patience and discipline to go back to more simple LOGICAL behaviours. Have we completely lost our discipline? Was that the plan? Keep us under control, so that constantly rushed and stressed we have no time or energy to take actual PERSONAL responsibility?
Unless we RE-think and re -TAKE our life control, humanity is done. I thought maybe it was just America was insane but the rest of the world may be WORSE. 174? killed at an Indonesian soccer match because they "go to WAR" if their team loses? .. a "sport" kills fans? Sorry but if that does not HORRIFY you, you too have lost YOUR humanity. Humans are their BRAIN, supposed to be CONSCIOUS of others well being. Animals are nowhere near as evil as we are. OR .. we have lost our Right hemisphere (Thinking) brain and only the Left remains. The Left hemisphere ACTS and therefore its functioning is more selfish, a warrior. Selfish is the beginning of the EVIL scale. Some of us are STRESSED selfish and shallow, just trying to survive. We HAVE to stop the insanity of our RUSH for convenience at the expense of QUALITY of LIFE and TOTAL Societal Health.
The cult of "Just be positive, you are SO negative" is the lazy thoughtless person's way OUT OF TAKING RESPONSIBILTY for the mess we have created. If we are TRULY .. in our new "REVERSE WORLD SYSTEM" together we can actually have FUN together while REVERSING our collapse.
As I tried to create a formula or recipe to restore our TOTAL HEALTH, I kept finding new things we NEED, to be truly healthy. Unfortunately a HEALTHY society is a HUGE part of our PERSONAL health. Our society has become HELL .. so each websote as I earned more became probably more alarmist. Like the "Cleaning Lady" show making my stomach cramp with the trauma these people must live good becoming bad just to survive .. we can not handle more of MY SCREAMING STRESS added to that of surviving. So I have to start over as a more CALMING friend. But there are some useful ideas amidst my terror. Is it possible you could just skim with your ATTENTION piqued for the useful? It will take a few months to redo or at least cull and edit, but the old work does have a few useful thoughts. Sorry but I am trying to share answers to questions of 66 years!
Why does nothing WORK right? Why are things often STUPID .. no common sense or logic? How can people be so mean? Are those few in POWER, evil? aliens or have they just LOST THEIR MIND?
I always thought adding sugar to EVERYTHING (hidden with 54 names?) must have something to do with our "missing" brain power or acting without HUMAN intelligence. Recently, having discovered Iain McGilchrist's work (The DIVIDED Brain) I am amazed everything beautifully fits my 2 types of people THEORY. Left and Right Hemisphere of the brain MUST work together. He speaks of people who have more Left Brain HEMISPHERE (not politics!) wiring as focuing on USING. More Right brain hemisphere wiring people focus on UNDERSTANDING. My theory it is the Thinkng vs Action side of the brain. I am a pain becseu there is always a BUT, why? why not? wheras Action brains (left hem) Just want to get the job done. My idea is also expressed in the Warrior vs worrier spectrum .. and selfish vs selfless spectrum. WE need to BALANCE both our hemisphere use. But SUGAR and processed food have FRIED our brains! Without much brain wiring left we no longer THINK first and only THEN act.

The list of the Toxins of our "PROGRESS" goes on and on. Does polyester cause excema and autism? Unnatural chemicals aleways cause trouble. (DDT, asbestos. When exactly will we learn?) Did women's lib, divorce and broken families .. (or just stressed with TWO careers in disrespect of HOME Management) .. cause "gay" confusion? (as in no consistent MALE role model)? But we do not even stop to WONDER what is going on! We just follow along with everything with NO contemplation of causes and consequences EVER. Like Steven king's last line in the STAND, "will we ever learn?" NOPE!
Perhaps the proof of the STUPIDITY of those powerful in charge, is the decision to put profit ahead of QUALITY. Profit ahead of ANY contemplation of resource waste and garbage creation. Unbelievable disrespect for the planet! If I have a coat or desk that lasts 10 years, that is 5X!! LESS PROFIT than an item that falls apart in 2 years. Profit is god .. No thought ever to consider the enormous WASTE of Resources. Plus then the garbage creation of 5 broken desks or coats .. would definitely seem the mark of EVIL, alien or just BRAIN DEAD. OH! but H and M recycles. More SHALLOW virtue signalling.

When I began several years ago, it was to teach that processed food and sugar were con jobs to create profit from Disease. Then I realized TOTAL Health involves far more than gluten and kale! We can not be fully healthy with the STRESS of constant Income INSECURITY, or Societal divisiveness. To be TOTALLY Healthy all these areas must be fixed.

The Pisces symbol usually has two fish swimming in opposite directions, to me signifying OPPOSING ideas. Which is right. It takes time, investigation research, analysis and then COMPROMISE to bring 2 opposite ideas TOGETHER. Are we even PATIENT eneough for that? If not we will soon just kill each other. BUT .. these "seniors must UNDERSTAND how difficult life is for young people today compared to the security we had in our lifetime and the lovely PENSIONS young people will never see no matter HOW HARD THEY WORK. I see very few old who UNDERSTAND. They say " .. those struggling should try harder, get act together" which puts me into a murderous state at the OBLIVIOUS selfishness exhibited. Hopefully a few will share their good fortune with the young. We Boomers stole their HOPE and Health! We destroyed their FUTURE. Are we willing to help and restore FAIR .. or be oblivious? We have so many RESOURCES they will never have. They will have to WORK til they die. 🤯 We have money, we have wisdom, we have collected knowledge, and we have time we can SHARE.

Think about it .. how does raising interest rates help us lower inflation? and why do they say inflation is 8 % when everything I see is like 20 or 30% more. Their brains also were destroyed so they too must live in the MESS they created! Not especially a good plan. These 6 or 7 web sites are NONE complete. I began the first several years ago about TOTAL Health. My daughter was very smart to suggest Health is much MORE than just GLUTEN and INFLAMMATION = Disease. I realized "BELONGING and connection" are also a large part of being healthy, and began anew. Learning to calm stress is important but how SHALLOW when you can't pay the rent! So an Economic Health site was begun.
But our actual SYSTEMS and our entire SOCIETAL HEALTH are collapsing, so I began a RESOURCE MANAGEMENT site. Needless to say I never realized .. I guess I am a WRITER with no clue how to write? But the writing is a formula HOW TO SURIVE! I have been in the TWIGS of finding answers but organizing the BRANCHES (Chapters) and even TREE TRUNK (what is the focus?) is actually the hardest part. PLEASE FORGIVE the chaos. My feeling is that if you skim through and aa few little things give you hope or and idea to help you .. it will take me years to have an actual BOOK TO PUBLISH. Meantime my decades of questions finally ANSWERED .. help No ONE!
