If Forms or procedures are unclear this input from a worker should be seen as extra effort like a PARTNER in the company. At Reverse World we are all partners in ALL our companies. We are workers, bosses, customers, clients, CEO's, shareholders, Board members and neighbours 8! an OCTOPUS .. ALL at once.
A FAIR company does not demand its employees have NO CONTACT with customers.
Not allowed to stay in contact with ??? Maybe if you were DECENT, all your employees that we BOND WITh would not leave!
